CHLOE: RESORT COLLECTION 2014
While most would say there’s a certain sobriety to proceedings with Chloe’s resort collection what with it being pale, minimal, and kind of cooling in comparison to the other collections palettes. With the swimming pool scenario I can’t help but see something quite opposite. Queue the song that’s currently on major rotation at Vince fm- ‘I’m a show you how turn it up a notch/first you get a swimming pool full of liquor then you dive in it/pool full of a liquor then you dive in it. I wave a few bottles, them I watch em all flock/all the girls wanna play Baywatch.’ Now obviously these aren’t the kind of ladies to wanna play at Being Pamela or Ms. Bleeth, but Kendrick Lamars ditty works as a good metaphor for me. You see, I’m as excited by a pool full of Chloe, as the aforementioned offerings. It’s not that I’ve a problem. It’s just that this is resort. And what else do you do on your holidays darl? Glug glug.
